  CHILDREN NEED to be psychometrically tested young and at school there need to be more rules checks and balances -- and other things done -- like checking on the childs progress through programmes that look specifically at what the norms have become in a society like SOUTH AFRICA'S THAT IS PLAGUED BY VIOLENCE -- PEOPLE THAT KILL CHILDREN ARE out there as are those that abuse -- MY daughter was a young little girl when we sent her to a creche in YEOVILLE LINKED TO A SHUL -- we never knew if anything had happened to her there at the time -- but, she was left there one day during an outing she was about 18 months to 2 yrs old and she was found in the kitchen of the creche without panties on -- when she had had them on when she left home -- we never questioned it -- but, on thinking about it now -- they were shut down some time after this and someone was caught fiddling with some of the other children -- creches need to be checked properly as do nursery schools -- something similiar happened at a school in the south that my daughter attended as well, again we never checked -- but other people did instead..............YOU NEED TO always know when and where your children are and who they are mixing with..........................................

  HIGH SCHOOL CHILDREN SHOULD BE GIVEN PSYCHOMETRIC TESTING TO DETERMINE THEIR PSYCH PROFILES.............................................BEFORE THEY GO OUT AND KILL OR HARM OR MAIM SOMEONE..............................................
