THINGS ABOUT POLICE OFFICERS, I WAS looking at the POLICE OUT THIS MORNING
AND LAST NIGHT AS WELL -- and are there to many people who think that they can POLICE
AND HELP THE POLICE WHO actually end up interfering in the functioning of the POLICE OUT
THERE - BEING A POLICE OFFICER -- does not look easy to me --
I am sure that I could never do this job and survive it -- so HOW EASY is it for the public to do
skills audits and insist on knowing about what is going on in this man or this womens POLICE
STATION INSTEAD -- THIS IS just a thought and a good one -- there are videos in here that
talk about the hard and good work that POLICE OFFICERS ARE DOING AND lets not
kid ourselves, the job does not look easy -- could a re=training programme be implemented --
what is the skills audit with regard to those POLICE OFFICERS GOING TO TOUCH ON..........
AND WILL IT LEAD TO THE LOSS OF JOBS OF OFFICERS THAT ARE BOTH NECESSARY
AND HIGHLY TRAINED -- BEING sent to the stations instead -- where are the others going to be
re-deployed and can this not hamper the training of the new POLICE OFFICERS THAT ARE
GOING TO BE NEEDED FOR 2010.....................................................................................
I AM JUST A STUPID MEMBER OF THE PUBLIC SO I WANT AN EXPLANATION FOR WHAT
HAS BEEN SAID AND WHAT IS GOING TO BE DONE WITH REGARD TO THE POLICE IN
SOUTH AFRICA == COULD THE SKILLS AUDIT MEAN THAT OFFICERS ARE GOING TO
LOSE BOTH THEIR JOBS AS WELL AS seniority -- this has nothing to do with me -- but, I am
nosy about what is going to happen with regard to this process...........
what DOES THIS PROCESS ..MEAN FOR this member of the POLICE IN THAT POLICE CAR
THAT I SEE OUT THERE = AND what else is going to be done to help those that are not going
to clearly make the skills audits grade as such....................................................................
