thinking about this issue -- does that mean that they are automatically out of work until such time as they go through the new processes involved -- seems a little unfair this does -- or does 

this just mean that they need to apply when going up in the ranks -- I am both rankled and confused about this issue....

IS IT WITH REGARD TO THE SAPS AND THE METRO -- OR DOES IT INCLUDE THE OTHER LEOS AS WELL PROVINCIAL TRAFFIC AUTHORITIES AND EX-SCORPIONS...
