HOW do we know that the arts departments and all the departments linked to just about every aspect of SOUTH AFRICAN GOVT ARE NOT TOTALLY CORRUPT..I know a lot of them are because of what happened to me in DECEMBER 2008, so there you go..the departments and people involved in this day to day mess - do not delight and certainly surprised me - THE CULPABILITY AND CRIME IN THE CITY HEALTH DEPARTMENT IS A SHOCKER - BUT the crime and criminality linked to crime in state hospitals is even worse as is the corruption and crime and lack of accountability in the city health departments..THERE IS CORRUPTION EVERYWHERE WE ARE TOLD...this is no excuse for the incompetence of the nincompoops involved in what I lost in DECEMBER 2008...THEY WERE ALL in the wrong and all out of hand totally....
CRIME IN CITY MUNICIPALITIES - CRIME IN THE ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH DEPARTMENTS - GARDEN DEPARTMENTS - crooked contracts leading to the loss of money - CRIME IN THE BUILDING INSPECTORS OFFICES - CRIME IN THE SECTOR E DEPARTMENTS AND THE DA....CRIME in other departments linked to the city JHB AND OTHER MUNICIPALITIES AS WELL...THE METRO NOT THE POLICE THE CITY COUNCILS.....
