HOW would it be if 25million pet owners challenged this law in the constitutional court on the basis that it is going to lead to the deaths of at least a million house pets in SOUTH AFRICA,
WE ALL KNOW ABOUT GOOD AND RESPONSIBLE PET OWNERSHIP - BUT THE loss of even one dog or cat to SOMEONE LIKE THE SPCA - which has massively high kill stats as I have seen those on paper and think I have a copy somewhere from someone who I know who works there -- means that animals are going to be needlessly killed by this law then maybe the people of SOUTH AFRICA NEED TO MOUNT A CONSTITUTIONAL COURT CHALLENGE AGAINST THE LAW THAT is going to indeed kill millions of animals this is not ritual sacrifice -
but the wholesale slaughter of peoples pets and really this is a different thing.......................
what is needed is an overhaul of this law as this is going to kill millions of domestic animals -
