THIS IS the tip of the iceberg - you think that one garbage tip full of dead animals that had homes when they were taken away illegally by ridiculous and overpowering and cruel murdering city councils that kill SOUTH AFRICA'S PETS ON A DAILY BASIS IS ALL THAT IS TAKING PLACE - THEN you would be wrong the new law is destined to kill and maim and harm 40million of SOUTH AFRICA'S HOUSE PETS - IT IS WITH REGRET THAT the liars and corrupt criminals and filth linked to corruption from the JHB CITY hall the ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH department did not burn down as they are involved in massive amt of tendering fraud as well linking them to crime against SOUTH AFRICA'S PUBLIC ALONG WITH THE CRIMINALS LINKED TO SOUTH AFRICA'S HEALTH DEPARTMENTS - WE ARE YET to find out the extent of the death of animals linked to the criminals in the SOUTH AFRICAN GOVT AND THE SPCA'S AND SOUTH AFRICA'S ANIMAL SHELTERS - this is not about animal health but about an appalling lack of care for SOUTH AFRICA'S ANIMALS AND it leads right to the door of every corrupt politician linked to SOUTH AFRICA'S METRO councils as well....
TO CLEAN THIS up we as SOUTH AFRICA'S PUBLIC need to open the eyes of the public to the extent of criminality taking place against SOUTH AFRICA'S ANIMALS - by the SPCA - NSPCA AND SOUTH AFRICA'S ANIMAL shelters - these are not what they need to be - at any rate - no one should ever give up an animal to these people without a fight as they kill them ---
